Head of Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Director

Develop marketing and brand strategies

Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for growth in both sales and brand awareness

Lead internal and external teams in a full spectrum of digital, offline, paid, organic channels

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

Represent brand in developing strategic and collaborative partnerships to bring new businesses

To plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets and reports

Set, monitor and report on team goals

Work with multiple stakeholders to set & safeguard the brand identity and messaging

Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

Support the sales team with tools and materials to function effectively

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Identify New Market Segments and Business Opportunities

Requirements and skills

Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry

Experience running successful marketing campaigns and events

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
