At Beauty&Co, all services are carefully curated and reserved in advance to ensure quality, consistency, and professional delivery.
As such:
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion
- Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered, except under exceptional circumstances
- All approved refunds (if any) will not typically involve full cash reimbursement
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Clients must submit a written request via official channels (e.g. WhatsApp or email)
The request should include:
- Full name
- Treatment/service purchased
- Appointment details
- Reason for request
Important:
- All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Submission of a request does not guarantee approval
3. Eligibility
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services already completed
- Change of mind or personal preference
- No-shows or missed appointments
4. Products
Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
5. Processing
