At Beauty&Co, all services are carefully curated and reserved in advance to ensure quality, consistency, and professional delivery.

As such:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion
  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered, except under exceptional circumstances
  • All approved refunds (if any) will not typically involve full cash reimbursement
2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Clients must submit a written request via official channels (e.g. WhatsApp or email)

The request should include:

  • Full name
  • Treatment/service purchased
  • Appointment details
  • Reason for request

Important:

  • All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee approval
3. Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • No-shows or missed appointments

Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
